Can I change, pause, or cancel my self-pay program?

Changes: Changes to your program type or length may be made anytime by contacting the Concierge through your patient dashboard.


Pauses: Programs cannot be paused or frozen at this time. Users who wish to take a break from care and come back later may cancel their program and restart again at a later date. There are no fees to cancel and restart. 

Cancellations:
Users can cancel their program any time in their patient dashboard by going to Account > Manage Membership. Cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in the billing for the forthcoming cycle, and the cancellation will take effect from the subsequent cycle.


Complete Care Programs 
Users subscribed to Allara's Complete Care program may cancel their subscription prior to the end of the commitment period without a fee. Future months will not be charged. 

Nutrition-Only Programs
Users subscribed to the Nutrition-Only program may cancel their subscription at any time without a fee. 


Insurance Patients

There is no membership fee for patients using their insurance. Insurance patients may simply terminate care at any time by discontinuing appointments with their providers.
