Can I change, pause, or cancel my membership?

Changes: Changes to your plan type or length may be made anytime by contacting the Concierge through your patient dashboard.


Cancellations: Patients subscribed to Allara's 3-month or 6-month commitment plan may cancel their subscription prior to the end of the commitment period, subject to a fee equivalent to one month's service fee.


Users subscribed through an insurance plan or Allara's nutrition-only plan may terminate their subscription at any time without any fee. However, no refunds will be issued for the annual insurance plan. 


Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle through your app or dashboard. Failure to do so will result in the billing for the forthcoming cycle, and the cancellation will take effect from the subsequent cycle.
