Cost of Care
Patients are responsible for the cost of copays, coinsurance, or deductible fees associated with specialist and Registered Dietitian visits. This cost is determined by the patient's insurance company. Allara will submit a claim to the insurance company on behalf of the patient upon completion of the appointment. Once the claim is processed by the insurance company, Allara will automatically charge the patient's card on file for any any fee owed by the patient. Charges typically incur a few weeks after the patient completed their appointment.
If you want to check your patient responsibility costs ahead of your appointments we recommend looking in your insurance plan details for the cost of a specialist visit and a registered dietitian visit. You may also contact the member services number for your insurance company.
If Allara does not accept your insurance:
We provide a cash pay option for patients whose insurance is not in-network.
Our cash pay rates are as follows:
Complete Care Program* - $119/month
Nutrition Program - $75/month
A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for subscription fees to be automatically collected monthly. No long-term commitment - programs may be cancelled at any time without a fee. Cancellations must be completed 48 hours prior to the billing date or the fee for the upcoming month will be charged.
Lab work
Lab work and imaging ordered by Allara providers will be performed at third-party facilities.
If a patient opts to have labs billed to their insurance company by the lab facility:
The facility is responsible for billing your insurance company based on the insurance information you provide them and sending you a bill for the services. Allara will not bill or collect payment for lab services. Allara is not responsible for costs incurred from a third-party facility.
If a patient does not want labs billed to their insurance company or does not have insurance coverage:
A patient may request to work directly with the Allara Concierge on a cost for self-pay lab work. Self-pay lab costs must be negotiated with Allara prior to visiting the lab.

Prescriptions and Supplements
Allara providers often recommend a combination of traditional pharmaceutical medication and supplements. Prescription medications will be sent electronically to the patient's preferred pharmacy. Patients are responsible for the cost of medications per their insurance plan's rates to be paid to the pharmacy. Supplements may be purchased via any preferred vendor, or through the Allara Supplement Store.
