No same thing works for every patient, so we will start with a handful of goals at a time, and build on them as we go along.
This happens in the following general stages:
Establishing consistent planning and purchasing habits, and a healthier eating frequency or pattern throughout the day.
Working on very specific aspects of your diet that need improvement, such as fine-tuning food groups or strategies for managing cravings.
Building a consistent sleep and physical activity routine.
Ensuring that all food groups, patterns, and lifestyle habits meet long-term targets.
Troubleshooting goals and making adjustments as barriers and life changes appear, so that you know how to manage similar challenges in the future.
They can happen concurrently and out of order. We will start where you need the most help. We’ll focus on a manageable amount of change at any single point in time, so that it will be more sustainable and maintainable in the long-term. Over time, these goals, changes, and suggestions will evolve into a full-fledged plan that you can carry with you for life!
